Safe Access
Supporting individuals seeking connections to domestic violence advocacy, emergency shelter, safety planning, victim services, legal advocacy, and related community resources.

Healthy Access
Understanding that health is foundational, our Healthy Access program connects participants with healthcare resources, home health services, Personal Care Assistance (PCA) services, hospice providers, disability supports, insurance navigation, transportation, and other health-related services.

Stable Access
Focusing on the fundamentals of wellbeing, Stable Access connects individuals and families with housing resources, rental assistance, utility assistance, food support, employment services, and programs that promote financial stability.

Recovery Access
Connecting participants with substance use treatment providers, recovery support services, mental health resources, peer support programs, and sober living homes and recovery housing.

life Access
Providing education and coaching in life skills, including budgeting, employment readiness, communication, digital literacy, self-advocacy, tenant education, and goal setting.
