Compassion
We approach every interaction with empathy, kindness, patience, and understanding. We recognize that many participants seek assistance during periods of significant stress, uncertainty, or crisis.
Respect
Every participant is treated with dignity, regardless of background, identity, beliefs, income, disability, or life circumstances. We honor each person's experiences, strengths, and goals.

We believe individuals are the experts in their own lives. Our role is to provide information, guidance, encouragement, and support that enables participants to make informed decisions and achieve greater independence.
